Lesson Number 30: Birthday Reflections (Part 2 of 3)

Lesson Number 30
30. If the timing is right, don’t be afraid to leave an institutional position in order to pursue your life’s work. Take courage. Have faith. Plan well. Live your dreams.
This Friday, April 15, 2011 (after many months of planning and preparation), I’m leaving my position at the Center for Child & Family Health (CCFH) in order to pursue freelancing writing full-time. I’m going to write articles, write a book, teach, read, and offer spiritual direction and care for others. I’m going to do what I was born to do.
